In view of schedule changes in certain electives and core sections (see below) and a new section of Competitive Strategy, second years will have their traditional preference in elective seats in most courses. First years will have preference in:
Financial Reporting I (MGT 871)
Managing Marketing Programs (MGT 856)
Foundations of Competitive Strategy (MGT 822)

Elective seats will be allocated first by preference (1st, 2nd, 3rd) then by lotteries where necessary.

In Spring-2, when necessary and possible, switches among cohorts may be made to accommodate elective preferences, provided equal-sized sections can be maintained.

Switches may also be made to accommodate students selected for MGT 827 Endowment Management (Spring-1). The deadline for applying for this course is December 4 at 12 noon (see course description for details).
