Staffed by Information Services assistants all hours the library is open, the iDesk (203-432-3300) is the place to go for information/questions concerning ORBIS (Yale’s online catalog), circulation, course reserves, Eli-Express, Borrow Direct etc. and for referral to a research librarian. Research librarians are on call Monday-Friday from 1:00PM to 5:00PM, and can also be reached via: e-mail, Meebo chat or phone: 203-432-3300. In order to serve you better, appointments are required for in-depth research help.
