Subject: [ESA] 2004 North American ESA Meeting

Greetings from the ESA.  Here is a second call for submissions.   Apologies for multiple postings.

Call for Papers: Economic Science Association North American Regional Meeting

Westward Look Resort, Tucson AZ, November 4-7, 2004

http://www.cirano.qc.ca/experimentaleconomics/ESA2004/

Submissions:

Submissions are welcome on any topic that is relevant for experimental research. Papers and entire sessions will be considered for acceptance.

Papers need not be experimental: submission of theoretical or empirical papers that have relevance for economic science are also welcome.  If you are interested in attending, and would like to be a chair or discussant only, please register and email one of the organizers.

The deadline for submitting and abstract is August 20, 2004.  A program will be posted in early September.

Lodging:

All sessions will be held at the Westward Look Resort in the foothills of the Catalina mountains.  The ESA has reserved a block of rooms for $120 per night. This year, the room rate includes wireless access. Instructions for making reservations are on the link below.

Registration:

Please follow the link on the website below to register for the conference. You can also use this opportunity to update your membership.

Travel:

Plan ahead to get the best air fares!  Keep in mind it is sometimes cheaper to fly into Phoenix, which is about 1.5 hours from the Westward Look.  Many people find it convenient to rent a car while in Tucson to take best advantage of local attractions. Activities will be scheduled on Sunday afternoon for those who can stay the day.

Please forward this email to other listservs and individuals who might be interested in attending.

See you in Tucson!

You have been sent this message due to your registration for the mailing list of the Economic Science Association. Any member of this list may send out announcements to the list of general interest to experimental economists. To do so, please address your email message to <esa@listserv.arizona.edu>.

If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please take the following steps:

1. Visit the ESA Web site: <http://www.economicscience.org>

2. Log in, using your email address and ESA password. If you've forgotten your password, click the appropriate link to have it emailed to you.

3. Click on "My User Profile" on the left-hand menu. Deactivate the "include me on the mailing list" checkbox.

This will remove your email address from the list kept on the ESA site. Since the listserv itself is currently updated manually from the list kept by the ESA, it may take up to a month or so before you stop receiving mailings from the ESA.

For any additional questions, contact David Reiley, ESA Webmaster, at: <reiley@eller.arizona.edu> _________________________________________________________________
