Overview of Services

The SOM Mailroom/Facilities (The HUB) is located at 135 Prospect Street, just behind Hill Lounge (Food for Thought). The HUB window is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., during the academic year. We provide the following services to the SOM Community:

Grounds maintenance

Office moves
Furniture purchases
Lock and key requests

Receive crime/Injury reports
Hub/Mailroom Services

Custodial Service requests (FAMIS)
Course material production and sales

Reporting a Facility Emergency
1. Call the facilities office at 432-6000 during work hours.
2. After work hours or on weekends, call the Yale Physical Plant Customer Service Center at 432-6888.
